Hard data residency

Embeddings, inference, and storage run on Swiss infrastructure. Client data is stored and processed in known Swiss data centres. The architecture is designed for privacy-sensitive sectors and high-trust use cases where data locality and control matter.

Infomaniak — verified sustainability

Aadi is hosted with Infomaniak, a B Corp–certified Swiss provider. Infrastructure runs on 100% certified renewable electricity (not “100% solar” alone). Operations are ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified. CO₂ emissions are offset at 200%. Waste server heat is fully recovered into district heating, warming 6,000 Swiss homes annually.

Tenant isolation

Each client has its own tenant, vector store, logs, and agent definitions. Agents in one tenant cannot see or use data from another. Foundation models are not fine-tuned on client data; retrieval happens at runtime inside the tenant boundary.

Open models, no lock-in

Aadi uses open-source models deployed locally where configured — higher transparency than proprietary black-box APIs, and models can be swapped without rebuilding governance or residency constraints.
