Pawan Arya is the Architect of Aadi — the Swiss-hosted, governed AI platform built to show that privacy, auditability and human oversight can be engineered in from day one.

Pawan Arya is Architect of Aadi and Owner's Engineer for The Rest Is AI. He built Aadi so SMEs on outsourced or SaaS IT can use agentic AI with the same accountability standards he insists on in enterprise advisory work — privacy, audit trails, and human control designed in, not bolted on afterwards.

Why Aadi exists

Aadi started from a gap Pawan Arya kept seeing in advisory work: it is one thing to describe what disciplined, governed agentic AI should look like. It is another for an SME — an accountant, solicitor, fund manager, or any firm living on outsourced IT — to actually run that standard themselves.

So he built the proof.

Pawan is Aadi's Architect. Aadi (also known as Agent Aadi in the product) is a Swiss-hosted, governed AI platform designed so privacy, auditability, controlled access and human oversight are part of the architecture — not a later compliance layer, and not left to whichever vendor happens to host the model.

That positioning is deliberate: proof rather than prescription. Aadi has to work on its own merits. It is not the default answer for every client of Pawan's advisory practice at The Rest Is AI — and that constraint is a strength. Nothing else is propping up the recommendation.

Underneath the product is more than two decades of regulated-sector transformation, including data governance and risk work at Lloyds Banking Group and QBE Insurance Group: the same standard of accountability that has to survive an audit in banking, built into an AI platform SMEs can actually use.
